Electronic Products Inc. (EPI) established in 1960, has been leading supplier of hermetic microelectronic packages for high-reliability markets. Headquartered in Newburyport, MA. EPI is fully equipped to deliver both custom-designed and standard electronic packages for a wide range of demanding applications. Originally merged with Semiconductor Enclosures Inc. (SEI), this strategic union brought together ceramic and glass-to-metal technologies, strengthening our position as an expert provider of hermetic packaging solutions.

Our mission has always been to supply durable, high-performance components to industries such as aerospace, defense, telecommunications, industrial, and medical.

As a leading manufacturer of transistor outline (TO) packages and headers, RF & Microwave packages, optoelectronic packages, and power discrete packages, EPI specializes in glass-to-metal sealing and high-temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) technologies. Our products are engineered to deliver superior environmental protection, electrical isolation, and mechanical integrity, even in the most demanding operating conditions.

EPI takes great pride in adhering to JEDEC standards for our TO product lines, which ensure that each package meets global expectations for performance, compatibility, and reliability.

We manufacture exclusively in the United States, utilizing conflict-free minerals and materials that are fully REACH and RoHS compliant. Our 26,500-square-foot vertically integrated hermetic package manufacturing facility & equipment, enabling us to produce cost-effective, high-quality assemblies tailored to the exacting needs of industries ranging from aerospace and defense to medical and subsea applications.
